Sergeant Moore
In the Marine Corps, we were always told that we were a part of a legacy of excellence. I never felt excellent until I saw my junior Marines thriving with the tools I taught them. It was then that I understood that legacy isn't about me; it's about making something great and giving it to someone else to expand upon and make it extraordinary.
I knew then that I wanted to live a life in service of others.
